Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions are often too complex to obtain a clear picture of in advance and implement in a single organization. That is why the Public Services working group of the Netherlands AI Coalition (NL AIC) advocates a pragmatic approach in which knowledge is exchanged and projects are tackled together. “There’s plenty of enthusiasm within the working group,”says Martijn Bekking, the coordinator of the Public Services working group. “And at the same time, we’re also finding that many parties still find it difficult upscale AI initiatives.”
